We are a hands-on, director-led building and electrical company providing residential construction, renovations, extensions, granny flats, garage conversions, property maintenance and electrical services.

Both directors remain actively involved in planning, project management and onsite operations. This allows us to maintain quality, communicate directly with our customers and respond quickly when decisions are required.

Our building work is completed or supervised by a Licensed Building Practitioner where required. Restricted building work is undertaken or supervised by an appropriately licensed LBP.

Our prescribed electrical work is completed by registered electricians holding current practising licences, as required by the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB).

We use approved and reliable subcontractors for specialist trades, helping ensure every part of the project is completed by appropriately skilled professionals.

Added protection and peace of mind

SuperStone Homes is a member of New Zealand Certified Builders. Eligible residential projects can be offered the Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee, available through NZCB members. This protection extends beyond the construction period.
